Jean Boggio, one of the leading avant-garde French designers who specializes in the art of jewellery-smith, has also designed for prestigious tableware brands and luxury home decor companies. As Francis Chen was introduced to the Lyons artist, he was instantly entranced by his work. He gave him carte blanche to design a porcelain collection destined for the international market, and also to create the very finest pieces of jewellery.
Within a few years, since Francis Chen decided to challenge conventional porcelain art with a style that combines ancient oriental traditions and the natural world of art nouveau, Franz Collection brand has become a global success.
